Return Policy 貨物更換

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product you must notify us within five days of receipt and we will immediately send a replacement and arrange to collect the goods. Keep the invoice and goods with the original conditions and unsealed. Food, custom-made and order-made products are non-returnable. For details please refer the Remark on your invoice.

如果你對所購買的貨品有損壞,只要在發票日期五日內通知我們,保留發票正本和未經啟封及使用的貨品原包裝更換。

唯這項退貨及更換保證不適用於特別訂制或代客訂購的貨品、食品以及簽收後才損壞的貨品。

Customers should bear all delivery costs incurred in goods return as a result of wrong order placing
