Customers in the New Territories and Kowloon area are eligible for free local one-way delivery service with a minimum purchase of HK$600. For customers in the Hong Kong area, the minimum purchase requirement is HK$800. Special areas may have separate delivery charges. Orders below the specified amount will incur a delivery fee of HK$100.Additional fees may apply for large or special items.

We will do our best to deliver goods within 5 working days, for tailor-made products and special orders, will reach within 7-14 working days.

If the delivery location is not directly accessible by elevator, an additional service fee of $80 per floor will be charged for each item (counted as 1 floor per 10 levels). Delivery service is not available for locations above the 3rd floor. Additional fees may apply for large or special items.

The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect or when ships are suspended, serious flooding occurs or roads are blocked or closed due to weather factor. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged at no additional charge.
